It is possible to adjust the total numbers of an event in one action:

In the event dashboard, go to edit event. This can be done in two different ways.

Option 1: Click on the 'pencil' icon at the top right of the event title.

Option 2: Click on the 'gear' icon at the top right of the timeline:

In the screen that appears, you can adjust the number of guests.

After you have adjusted the number of guests, the option "change the number of guests on activities, products and packages" appears. If you select this option, all numbers will be adjusted to the newly inserted number of guests.

Pay attention! If you adjust the number of guests of an activity and subsequently adjust the number of guests of the event, the system will automatically readjust the number of guests of the activity.
