Events within a particular date range are shown using the date range filter. But how to set this date range correctly? This article briefly explains how to do so.

Step 1: Go to planning in the main menu

Step 3: Select the date range filter (see image below)

Step 3: Click on day 1 of the date range to be set. Optionally, first change the month by clicking the arrows next to the month ('August 2021' in the example below).

Step 4: Click on the final day of the date range to be set. Optionally, first change the month by clicking the arrows next to the month ('August 2021' in the example below).

✔ The date range is now set 🥳

Step 1: Go to the calendar of occupancy view in the main menu

Step 3: Select 'week' or 'month'

Step 4: Select the date range filter

Step 5: Click on day 1 of the date range to be set
