Where can I find my MICE email address?
Under Setup > Integrations, you will find your organisation’s “MICE email address” (or click here). You can manually forward emails to this address or set up a forwarding rule so that emails are automatically received in MICE.
Gmail
To automatically forward emails to MICE, you can use forwarding rules in Gmail.
Add the MICE email address (which you can find here) as a forwarding address in Gmail.
Outlook
To automatically forward emails to MICE, you can use forwarding rules in Outlook.
Add the MICE email address (which you can find here) as a forwarding address in Outlook.
Apple Mail
You can create a rule that automatically forwards emails when Mail is open.
