MICE Operations is working towards ISO 27001 certification

MICE Operations is in the process of obtaining ISO 27001 certification, as we consider information security a key priority. We are currently in the process and aim to obtain the certificate by 2024.

What is ISO 27001?

ISO 27001 is an internationally recognised standard for information security. By being certified, organisations demonstrate their compliance with all information security requirements. The certificate, established by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), confirms that MICE Operations complies with these global standards, meaning we can assure our clients that we handle confidential client data with care.

What does this mean for you?

Our approach, according to the ISO 27001 standard, does not affect the usability of MICE and the functionalities in our software. However, it does make it easier for you to check how we work according to standard security requirements. The ISO 27001 certificate serves as convincing evidence for stakeholders that their organization's data is safe at MICE Operations.

What does it mean for MICE Operations?

MICE Operations adheres to the national and international requirements applicable to information security. It is essential that your data remains safe and protected. The high standards we impose on ourselves to handle your data safely and securely will soon be reflected in our ISO 27001 certification. These standards only serve to constantly improve our software and service.
