Sometimes it might happen that you duplicate an event from some time ago because it has the same content or structure. However, in the meantime you may have made price changes, or the event is scheduled far into the future.
In this case, you may want to update the prices so that the current prices are used. These are the current product prices in 'setup products'.
This can be done by following the simple steps below. It is possible to update prices of an event as well as prices of a package template.
Update prices of an event
Step 1: At the top of the navigation bar, click on planning
Step 2: Click on the event whose prices are not yet current.
Step 3: Click on the 'gear' icon located on the top right corner of your screen (as shown in the picture below).
Step 4: Click on 'refresh product prices'
✔ The prices in your event are now up to date again
Update prices of a package template
Step 1: Go to setup (via the gear icon in the navigation bar)
Step 2: Go to packages
Step 3: Select a package
Step 4: At the top right of the screen, click on 'refresh product prices'
✔ The prices in your package template are now up to date again
Note that the prices are updated for (future) events in which the package is added after the prices have been updated. Prices are not updated in already existing events containing the package.
