Any changes to contact details of a client/organisation or contact? Of course, you want to edit and implement such changes immediately. In this article we explain how and where to change such details.

You can edit client or contact details in two different ways. This can be done either via the event or via 'contacts'. Are the changes only relevant for a specific event? Then change the details in the event itself. Are the changes relevant for the client or contact in general? Then change the details via 'contacts'.

Edit contact details via event

Do the changes only apply to contact details of a specific event? Then the changes need to be applied via the event.

Step 1: Go to 'events' (via the coloured navigation bar at the top of the screen)

Step 2: Select the event of which the client or contact person details need to be changed

Step 3: Click on the 'pencil' icon shown next to the name of the event (see image below)

Step 4: Change the contact details and click save

✔The changes have been made🥳

Edit contact details via contacts

Step 1: Go to 'contacts' (via the coloured navigation bar at the top of the screen)

Step 2: Select the client

OR

Select 'contacts' (shown next to organisations) and select a contact person

Step 3: At the top right, click on 'edit' (see image below)

Step 4: Make the changes and click save
