In MICE, you can extend quotes. Only active/sent quotations can be extended.
If you want to extend a digital quote, go to the quote dashboard and select More. Select 'Extend quotation' and select a new date.
Change a quotation
If a digital quote has expired, you can duplicate and resend it (see instructions below).
Go to the event and click on 'documents' above the timeline.
Click on the duplicate icon
The quotation will be duplicated (the content will be included in the new quotation) and can now be sent back to the client.
