It is possible that organisations or contacts have been added twice to your system.

Therefore, it is possible to merge organisations or clients.

1. First, go to contacts (via the main menu).

2. If needed, switch to clients or contacts (in the main menu).

3. Select the contacts that are entered twice or more.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on 'With selected items...'.

5. Then select Merge.

6. Before mering, make sure to select the contact with the most correct information.

7. Finally, click on merge clients or merge contacts.

8. The contacts are merged. 🥳
