Lost the password of your MICE user account? Then you should recover this yourself. Due to privacy reasons, our MICE team cannot view your password. Also, we do not set temporary passwords due to security issues. We cannot verify at a distance whether we are in contact with an authorized person who also has access (as an administrator) to your MICE account.

How to recover my password?

After entering the URL you are directed to the login screen where you need to enter your email address and password. At the bottom, click 'forgot password?' and enter your email address.

Straight away an email is sent to your email address including a temporary password and login link. Click on the link and login using the temporary password. We recommend to change your password immediately after logging in via 'edit profile' (click on your name at the top right of the screen).

I forgot my email address. How can I find it?

A user with the administrator rule can access setup to view all email addresses of current user accounts. Ask your colleague to visit setup > users to find your email address.

I lost the password of my email address. How can I fix this?

Unfortunately, it is beyond our power to resolve this for you. Contact your domain admin.
