In MICE, you can extend quotations. Only active/sent quotations can be extended.

If you want to extend a quotation, go to the quotation dashboard and select More. Select 'Extend quotation' and select a new date.

If a quote has expired, you can duplicate and resend it (see instructions below).

Go to the event and click on 'documents' above the timeline.

Click on the duplicate icon

The quotation will be duplicated (the content will be included in the new quotation) and can now be sent back to the client.
