With the Mollie integration, you can have your invoices paid by your client via a payment button in your invoice message.

Before you can activate the integration, you must first have a Mollie account.

The integration between MICE and Mollie is available for free.🥳 You only pay the transaction fees charged by Mollie.


Activating the link:

Follow the steps below to set up the link with Mollie.

Step 1: In MICE, go to setup > settings > integrations.

Step 2: At "Mollie integration", click on Connect.

Step 3: Log in to your Mollie account:

Step 4: Select your Mollie profile that you want to use.

Step 5: Select the website profile (which you created in Mollie).

Step 6: Ready to use.🥳

Now your link is active and a payment button will be displayed in your invoice email.


Sending invoice message

Sending the invoice:

In the invoice sending screen, you can specify whether you want to include the payment link in the invoice message. By default, this option is on/activated.

By enabling the online payment link option, A payment button is then automatically placed in the e-mail message.

Automatic processing of payment

After the client has paid the invoice, the amount is automatically registered to the invoice in the invoice dashboard.

The (payment) status of the invoice is also immediately updated.

If the client clicks the payment link again after payment, they will be taken to a screen with a notification that payment for the invoice has been received already.
