Saved replies are message templates that make communication within the messaging environment more efficient. You set up a saved reply once and can then easily insert it into a conversation (with the option to edit it before sending).


Add a new saved reply

To set up a saved reply, go to Setup and then to Messages in the setup menu.

Click the button '+ Add message' and select the message type Saved reply.

Create your message and add a subject line.

Use the magic wand icon to insert variable fields that are automatically filled in when the message is sent.


Use a saved reply in a conversation

Once you have added a saved reply in the admin area, you can access it within Messages in an event or in the general messages inbox.

Go to the messages (tab) in an event.

Click the speech bubble icon below the text field (see screenshot below) and select the desired saved reply.

Send the message directly to the event's contact, or edit it first if needed. โœ…
