Do you organize one or multiple events that need to be billed? Using MICE there are several possibilities.

Billing an event

In order to invoice an event you have to go through the following simple steps:

Step 1: Search for the event in the planning or via the navigation bar at the top of the screen

Step 2: Click on the desired event.

Step 3: If necessary, first make adjustments (such as adding or editing products) in the event itself.

Step 4: Click on create invoice at the bottom left.

Step 5: Double check the invoice details and whether all products are displayed correctly (in case of adjustments, we recommend to do this in the event itself).

Step 6: If all data is correct, click on save.

Step 7: The invoice is now a concept and is ready to be sent.🥳

Billing multiple events

Do you have several events from the same client that need to be invoiced or a multi-day event? This can all be billed with one invoice.

1. Multiple (separate) events on one invoice

That is possible, because you can continue to supplement a concept invoice with events from the same client.

After you have created the first draft invoice, you can select the following option for the next events when creating an invoice (see image below):

It is wise to create the invoice concept via the first event of the series of which you want the details to be on one invoice. After that, activate the button (shown in image above) while creating the invoice of following events, to add their details to the concept quote which you created via the first event.

2. Multi-day event on one invoice

In case you want one schedule, quote and invoice for multiple events of the same client, you may consider creating a multi-day event.

You can add multiple days to an event to create a multi-day event in one event dashboard. You are able to change dates of included days (see image below). All days are added to one invoice.

Note that the events are also presented together in other documents such as a quotation or schedule.
