Import contacts

It is possible to import contact to the contact field (found in the navigation bar at the top). Below you can find a list with details that can be imported via an Excel file.
โ€‹Pay attention! Make sure to exclude old contacts to ensure good overview. Besides that, according to the GDPR, it is not allowed to store personal details for too long.

To import contacts into the relation file, just go to contacts and click on import.

Which data can you import?

Input fields:

Customer (e.g. a company name)

Customer: Name

Customer: Customer number

Customer: E-mail address

Customer: Telephone number

Customer: Address line 1

Customer: Address line 2

Customer: Postal code

Customer: Location

Customer: Country

Customer: VAT number

Customer: KVK Number

Customer: Notes

Customer: Invoice address: for the attention of

Customer: Invoice address: e-mail address

Customer: Invoice address: street name + house number

Customer: Invoice address: postal code

Customer: Invoice address: Location

Customer: Invoice address: country

Contact person (e.g. the client)

Contact person: First name
