A saved reply is a message template, useful for communication in 'messages' in the event dashboard. Add variables that are automatically supplemented based on the relevant details (like the client's personal details or specific information about the event).
To set up the message templates go to management and to messages.
Click '+ add message' and select message type saved reply.
Next, you can create a message to which you can add variables. These are automatically supplemented when the message is sent.
Now you can retrieve the message via 'messages' in the event dashboard and edit if necessary.
