The Agreements page in MICE gives you a clear overview of the Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) between your organisation and us as your partner. This makes it simple to stay compliant with GDPR requirements and ensures that arrangements around data processing are recorded transparently.
What is this page for?
Because our software processes personal data on behalf of your organisation, a Data Processing Agreement is a legal requirement. On this page you will find:
An overview of the agreement(s) your organisation has with us.
Insight into the content and status of each agreement.
Simple management: no need to track down separate files, everything is stored centrally within the software.
Key features
📑 View - access the current DPA(s) that apply to your organisation.
🔄 Updates - whenever a new version becomes available, it is added to the overview automatically.
✒️ Sign - sign an agreement (once only) if it has not yet been signed.
📥 Download - save a copy of the agreement as a PDF.
✅ Status check - always see at a glance whether the most recent agreement is active.
How it works
Go to Setup in the main menu, then select Agreements.
Open the agreement available for your organisation.
Sign, download, or review the content directly from the environment.
Important to note
The most recent agreement version is always visible within the environment. Previously signed versions remain available as well, while unsigned older versions are automatically replaced by the latest one.
