For each user, you can set different user roles to define the user's privileges within your account.

Want to add a new user first?

Go to 'setup' via the main menu and click on 'users' in the setup menu.

Click on 'add user' to add a new employee.

At the bottom, assign one or more of the user roles.


Permissions per user role

Depending on a user's responsibilities and skills, an administrator can assign one or multiple user roles to a user profile.

Do you want to grant a user all permissions? Set the user roles 'administrator' and 'planner'.

FAQ

Can I set multiple user roles for a user?

Yes, you can. To give a user full authorities within your system, simply assign the user roles 'planner' and 'administrator'.

Can I change certain permissions per user role?

No, permissions per user role are set and cannot be changed per account.
