This function is available for MICE Operations Pro users only.

It can sometimes be convenient to make a note at an event that serves as a point of attention, such as a holiday or renovation.


Adding a note

Adding a note can be done easily following these steps:

Step 1: Go to planning, calendar or occupancy view. You can add notes via all different planning views; via the planning list view (option 1), calendar view (option 2) and occupancy view (option 3).

At the day to which you want to add a note, click the three dots (see image below).

Move your mouse over the day at which you want to add the note and click on the note paper icon.

Step 2: Click 'add note'.

Step 3: Write down a note.

Step 4: Choose how many times you want to repeat the note. For example, you can choose to repeat a note for annual holidays.

Note that currently there is no option to delete multiple notes at once.

Step 5: Save note.


Edit or delete a note

Do you want to edit or delete a note? This can be done easily via all planning views.

Planning list view (option 1)

Hover your mouse over the note. The options (see image below) to edit or delete the note appear on the right side of the note line.

Calendar view (option 2)

- In case week overview is selected: Click on the date to which you want to add a note (see image 1 below). Move your mouse over the note after which the option to edit the note will appear (pencil icon).
- In case month overview is selected: Click on the number of the day to which you want to add a note (see image 2 below). Move your mouse over the note after which the option to edit the note will appear (pencil icon).

Occupancy view (option 3)

Click the date of the day to which you want to add a note.

Move your mouse over the note after which the option to edit the note will appear (pencil icon).
