Depending on the goal, you can display the planning in various ways.

The following 3 planning views are available:

In the planning view, all your events are listed below each allowing you to see upcoming events at a glance. In addition, you can create personalized overviews (add and edit planning views).

In the calendar view, all events are displayed in a calendar. You can choose whether you want a weekly or monthly overview. The convenience of using the calendar display is that you can immediately see how many events are being organised.

The occupancy overview allows you to see which rooms you are using that day at a glance. You can see the occupancy and availability of each room for a particular day, week or month. Events held in multiple locations are displayed clearly as well.

By creating an event in the occupancy view (by clicking the plus icon in the schedule) you can create a new event (future events only) that is immediately scheduled at a location.

By clicking the MICE logo or 'events' in the main menu, you are always directed to the most recently visited planning view.

Under 'events' in the main menu, you will also find an overview of all 'requests'. Actually, all unconfirmed events are listed here. These are both requests from your request widget(s) and unconfirmed events created manually in the back office (by default, a new event is set to unconfirmed).

The number displayed behind the word 'requests' (see image below) indicates how many unconfirmed events are currently in the overview.

Under 'events' in the main menu, you will also find the 'archive'. This contains past events that have ended. These events also remain in the planning as usual.

Under ‘events’ in the main menu, you will sometimes also find an ‘unscheduled’ section. This contains events to which no date has been assigned. You will therefore not find these events in other planning views.

As soon as you assign a date to an event without a date, the event is moved from ‘unscheduled’ to your planning.
