The embedded version of the request module sends a Google Analytics event on the tracking ID of the website where it is embedded. You can view the events in the Google Analytics dashboard.

These are shown in the event category "Booking" and action "Request".

Note: The events are handled server-side when processing the form. The events will therefore not be shown in 'console' or Analytics Debugger.

Are you using a separate version of the request module? Then you need to fill in the desired Google Analytics code in the settings of the request module.

To do this, go to Setup > Request module and then enter the "Google Analytics Tracking ID" at the bottom of the page.
