You can set up room combinations to get a clear overview of your occupancy.
At setup > locations, you can indicate per location which other location(s) should be blocked whenever the location you are currently editting is occupied.
As can be seen in the image below, if the 'London & Board room' combination room is selected, the event is also displayed at the separate rooms 'London room' and 'Boardroom'.
Likewise, if an event is organized in one of the separate rooms, the event is also displayed at the combination room to indicate the combination is not available anymore.
An advantage of the combination room is that you can give it a deviant price and an other maximum capacity.
