ThePerfectWedding.nl is the largest wedding website in the Netherlands. The platform serves as an all-in-one guide for engaged couples to plan their wedding, from the initial engagement to the honeymoon.
How the integration works
Requests submitted via ThePerfectWedding.nl are received as new requests in your MICE account, where they can be followed up directly. All known details - such as the number of guests, the intended wedding date, and the couple’s contact information - are available.

The integration works one way: enquiries are sent from ThePerfectWedding.nl to MICE Operations. Availability based on events in MICE is not displayed on ThePerfectWedding.nl.
A MICE account must represent one physical venue. It is not possible to link two physical venues within one MICE account to a profile on ThePerfectWedding.nl.
Requirements to activate this integration
You must meet certain requirements in order to activate and use the integration between MICE and ThePerfectWedding.nl. You must have:
An active MICE account
A listing of your venue on ThePerfectWedding.nl
Administrator access to your MICE account (as you will need to create an API key)
A MICE account representing one physical venue. It is not possible to link two physical venues within one MICE account to a profile on ThePerfectWedding.nl.
Activating and setting up the integration
In your MICE account, go to Setup > Integrations > API Keys (or click here)
Create a new API key
Click the New API Key button
Enter a clear name (for example: ThePerfectWedding.nl)
Click the Save button
Copy the API key you have just created
In the API key overview, click the View key button next to the key you have just created
Click the icon to copy the API key
Close the pop-up window
Go to your ThePerfectWedding.nl account and paste the API key there
💡 Tip: For requests coming from ThePerfectWedding.nl, your first event type is automatically linked to the request. If you set the event type you use for weddings (for example, “wedding” or “marriage”) as your first event type (you can adjust the order here), the process will run even more smoothly.
