Written by Tjeu Hendrickx

GoTable is a modern solution for table reservations in hospitality venues. With a user-friendly interface and transparent pricing without commission costs, they position themselves as an accessible platform for hospitality venues and locations.

Content of this article:

1. Operation of the integration

The integration eliminates duplicate work: when a planner creates or modifies an event in MICE, it is automatically synchronised to GoTable. As a result, staff have real-time insight into all scheduled events without manual data entry.

Multiple activities: An event in MICE can have multiple activities. Each activity is visible as a separate reservation in GoTable.

Updating an existing reservation: When an event in MICE is updated, this change is applied in GoTable.

2. Costs and invoicing

The integration is free of charge and available by default for GoTable users with the Plus package.

3. Activation requirements

To use the integration between MICE and GoTable, you require the following:

an active MICE account; access to your MICE account as an administrator (to create an API key); the Plus package from GoTable (integrations are only available within this package).

4. Activating the integration

Follow the steps below to establish the integration.

  1. Generate an API key in MICE via this link.

  2. Copy the API key.

  3. Log in to the GoTable platform.

  4. Navigate to Setup → Integrations → Integrations and search for "MICE Operations".

  5. Click 'Activate'.

  6. A pop-up window will appear; click 'Start setup'.

  7. Enter the API key and click 'Activate'.

  8. The spaces from the MICE account will be retrieved; link these to the corresponding zone in GoTable and select whether the entire zone in GoTable must be blocked in the event of a reservation.

  9. Click 'Save integrations'.✅

5. Development and support

Development and support for the integration are handled via GoTable. Do you have questions? Please visit this contact page.
