Video about linked locations

With MICE Pro, you can set up linked locations to get a clear overview of your occupancy.

At setup > locations, you can indicate per location which other location(s) should be blocked whenever the location you are currently editing is occupied.

In the example above, the occupancy of the “Forest Room” and “Boardroom” is affected by the occupancy of the “Forest & Boardroom” location.

If the 'Forest & Boardroom' location is selected, the event is also displayed at the separate rooms 'Forest room' and 'Boardroom' (see image below).

Likewise, if an event is organized in one of the separate rooms, the event is also displayed at the combination room to indicate the combination is not available anymore.

An advantage of the combination room is that you can give it a deviant price and an other maximum capacity.
