In setup, you can set the base price and specific room rent per package for each space, so that the correct room rent is automatically calculated in events.
By selecting a space in combination with a particular package, the correct room rent is automatically calculated in the event.
Set up location rent
Go to setup via the main menu. In the setup menu, click venue and then location rent.
In the location rent overview, you can easily and quickly enter the base price and room rent for specific packages for each space.
The base price is automatically added to an event if a package without specific room rent is selected.
